[h2] Blue Wednesday [/h2] You play as Morris a jazz pianist of Evans City. The game was enjoyable, I guess many of us can relate to the story, having uninteresting low paid job that will make you feel depressed and forget about your dreams. Or even sometimes having too high expectations for ourselves leading to self destruction. It’s ok to take it slow, abandon, go back. Sometimes the only way to find yourself it’s to lose yourself in the first place. I personally didn’t mind the slow walking pace, but I think an option should’ve been added so Morris can walk and run making it probably more enjoyable for everyone. I found some of the dialogue awkward, I know this is translated from Korean to English, but it really feels like unnatural sometimes. I played a blind first playthrough so I’ll probably do a 2nd one because I’m pretty sure I missed some of the characters dialogue or “side quest” The game offers some guitar hero mechanics, with a few puzzles that unlocked only after reaching certain dialogue. You do need to talk multiple times to some characters a day The art style is cute and the music is nice to play! Personally I liked the end, not so much the auntie xD! …

Ever had one of those games where you wished you could play for the first time again? This was it for me. The art style and music appealed to me so I decided to get it. I went in blind, not knowing much about the game. This game was easy to pick up but hard to put down. I found myself thinking about it when I wasn’t able to get back to continuing it. I thought about it when I was at work, when I was on the brink of falling asleep after a long and tiring day. And whenever I got back to playing it, I did not want to put it down. It may seem strange because in a nutshell, this is a simple game with a simple storyline, with beautiful animation and chill music - about a struggling musician trying to find his passion and wondering if there was a career out there for him. Oh, but the way this game hit me…it was with the force of a truck. The music and animation that accompanied Morris’s late night spiralling thoughts - I’ve been there more times than I can count (sans music). I found myself whispering in the quiet of my bedroom ‘bro, stop your 3am spiralling thoughts. Go to sleep!’. As an indie dev with a day job, this story about making your art your job, and how audience reception impacts your self-esteem, and a scoop of imposter syndrome, it all spoke to me on a spiritual level Also, immaculate jazz vibes. Recommended for all you creative people

I had a brilliant time. Wonderful music, likeable characters and light-hearted, enjoyable dialogue. I really liked the artistic style. The plot drew me in; it’s always a pleasure to be able to experience such down-to-earth stories in games.

A really well done game. The music and graphics are beautiful, the jazz tracks makes me wanna play piano again. :-P Morris goes through some good character development, and I found the humanness in his interactions to reflect stuff I've gone through myself i.e. Morris getting really down and stuck in his head, which annoyed me at first, as it reminded me of someone. But later on, I start to gain a new perspective, even ones I once held but forgot... A gem for sure. Will be replaying it again to explore and delve into the stories around town that I never got through, and complete the achievements.
