This game is nothing short of a masterpiece. I don't even know where to begin. the boss battles are some of the most unique and story rich fights that you will ever have, it is dripping with metatastical political and social commentary, the story will make you cry and fill you with hope and reinvigorate your creative soul, there is so much to do and see, the character you play is so customizable, i could write a thesis on the final act it was just so incredible. play it enjoy it love it know it do it do it do it2 found this helpful
10/10, pure videogame magic. I loved every second of this. I also found the story about self-doubt, perfectionism and creativity to be very relatable and moving. One of the rare cases where the story is in perfect sync with the gameplay and both elements are always complementing each other. Special shoutout to Lena Raine's stellar score, composing another classic after Celeste. This game exceeded all of my expectations and enters my indie hall of fame.1 found this helpful
A beautiful game with surprising depth about drawing and how wanting something does not mean you are ready for it or that reaching your desire will make you happy.
the devs forgot to actually make the game colourful, you have to do that yourself, its good other than that though
Absolutely DELIGHTFUL game. The devs really knocked it out of the park with this one. The gameplay is engaging, the characters are charming, the puzzles are just the right level of challenge, the boss battles are surprisingly intense but fair, and for all its whimsical aesthetics, it has a serious plot going on. And soooo many collectibles! Honestly worth more than its charging. I can't recommend it enough. The ending got my eyes a bit watery, too. And its message is arguably more important than ever lately, but I won't spoil it. Please do yourself a favor and check this wonderful game out if it appeals to you even a little bit.
