Was a heartfelt and wholesome experience. Encountered a bug but they patched it and got it fixed. Really recommend. :)

This is a heart-rending look into navigating life and having sympathy for everyone else doing the same thing. The platformer gameplay is a clever way of showing how memory works, but the highlight of the game is the kitchen-sink drama and how the player's choices contribute to that drama. A touching interactive story/puzzle game.

a very raw, very human story about generational hurt that does not pull its punches. It shows people as people, cutting through stereotypes of age and maturity while you retrace a mural of a lifetime spent - or perhaps lost to generational trauma

Lovely game and story with low skill ceiling. It is divided in two main components: charater discussion/narrative and light platforming. Both will take turns so they do not become overbearing. The controls are kept simple as well, so it is straight forwrd to remap them in steam for your needs. The main focus is the story and getting the player to reflect on themselves and their relationship with family. While you can beat it in 3 hours, nothing stops you from replaying it and see the outcome of the choices along the way. Which will add more playtime than it might look like on the surface.

This game is an atmospheric masterpiece, that gently navigates through a tragic and yet relatable and unfortunately oh so common life. The story of Blueberry showed me that you are the narrator of your story and yet are not at the same time. Looking at all the wonderful details and the really awesome music you can't miss but feel all the love that was put into this game. Many cute design details, unique humour and the jump'n'run-elements make playing Blueberry fun although the story is actually quite sad. Blueberry also shows how games has developed and grown as a story-telling-medium within the past years. A must play for all indie gamers that value a deeper meaning and message behind gaming!
