i have been in this game since before it was available on steam, and i have tried talking to the dev and giving him advice, but here we are. the overall gameplay is flawed, and based on draws, the winning player can either spam defenders, and never have core parts of their ship attacked, OR can spam boarding party, not letting the other player even develop a board state. there is very few opportunities for comebacks, and it's all based on draw. statlines are also completely out of whack. for example, Marine is a 1 mana 1/2. For the same mana cost, you can summon a 1 mana 1/1 that draws a card. this means cycling & card advantage is extremely easy to get, and if you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on draw? you can not do ANYTHING until you draw turrets. all you can do is deny your opponent boardstate. what's that, you hit the max hand of 7? then you have soft locked the game the game looks absolutely atrocious, with what looks to be very very unfinished maps & uis, as well as cards having art ripped from game dev websites. any "original" art is just traced over by the dev. before patch 1.4.4(?), Marine was stolen art from Starship Troopers. this is NOT something that can be excused as "early access". w…
