I would highly recommend this game to others! It's has a very smooth gameplay experience along with some very spooky moments! I'm extremely excited about the next installments :).

Caution Ahead – Part 1 An impressive first entry from a solo developer that nails atmosphere and tension. The graphics are very nice and help sell the creepy, uneasy mood, while the story flows well and keeps you engaged. Simple mechanics are used effectively, and it’s clear a lot of care and passion went into the world and pacing, making Part 1 a strong and memorable introduction.

Some of the better sound design and voice work I've seen from an indie horror game. The house we explore is sufficiently creepy and the puzzles are good. By the end of it I'm left wanting more, especially after learning from the basement what else might be lurking out there..

Escaping the house was easy. Escaping the guy who lives there... not so much xD Caution Ahead: Part 1 is a really solid indie horror game with a great atmosphere, clever puzzles, and just a few moments that tested my patience^^ You wake up trapped inside a room and have to find a way out while trying to escape the rather unpleasant person living there. But there's more to it than simply getting away. You originally came here as a ranger searching for a missing girl, so escaping the house and making your way towards the forest is only the beginning of the story. At first, everything feels almost like a normal escape room. You explore the room, gradually gain access to the rest of the house, solve puzzles, search for useful items, and eventually make your way outside. Pretty relaxing. Until he notices you. That's when the game turns into a stealth experience and you suddenly have to continue solving your problems while someone is actively searching for you. And this is where my only real issue with the game comes in. You spend quite a lot of time hiding and waiting for a safe opportunity to move. Getting caught usually means there's not much chance of escaping anymore, so …
