Cheddar Beach 0 - Party on Mango St.

Fun game so far! Looks like it is coming in episodes, which I'm fine with. It was enjoyable which is wild cause I usually don't like interactive novel games. But somehow it kept me interested. Maybe the music, or style, or characters, or story. Maybe all of it. I really enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to the next episode!

Short and sweet; like a refreshing beverage on a nice night. All about putting the player in a place and time without overplaying its hand or going too broad. I'm looking forward to hanging out in future Cheddar Beach stories.

Pretty nice and sweet experience! The hand drawn artwork has a lot of charm to it and the story has many funny moments. As an intro to this world, it works and makes me want to see more in the future!

The game is a fun slice of life type of game and also visual novel with different fun alternate routes, and character conflicts. The game reminds me of the fun Newgrounds era story driven RPGs . Always love to see the passion of Indie Developers labor of love and early steps from than the soul less Corporate slop. Games like this from Indie devs is where it starts. And looking forward to the sequels and expansions

I already played through the game on iOS. It’s a really funny game about Hamston the Hamster moving to Cheddar Beach, but if you’re from LA, you’ll recognize the vibe. It’s not the Hollywood sign and celebrities doing coke at parties, it’s local kids wondering how they can be a part of that big world and just feeling lucky get a beer in their hand. There’s a lot of real life in Cheddar Beach and that makes it special. Not a lot of games have life in them.

Delightful trip back to a 90's I didn't experience, but would have liked to. Fun art and streamlined throwback mechanics make for a great evening outing. "It's always better in the cheddar!"
