It's a basic screen tapper where you spend the first 5-10 minutes of the game with the interface locked to make sure you properly learn how to give the developers your real world money so you can spend the in-game currency and squeal like a good little mobile peasant piggy. There's a minor element of this that looks like a "skill based" shooter game, but that's part of the skin covering the scam. It's not in English, but the language of predatory mobile app scam games is universal.
