"Craft Hero - Prologue" is is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Craft Hero". Craft Hero is a Chinese 2D pixelcrap RPG-lite, a kind of hack-rogue mobile app like affair with lightweight elements of base building, lightweight progression, and incredibly shallow gameplay... well, what should be expect from badly optimised pixelcrap? It's 2025, come on. Let the pixelcrap die. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Craft Hero, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch the advertising. It's impossible in a general sense to recommend people should do that over playing real, full games on Steam, and that applies here with "Craft Hero - Prologue" too. The purpose of this advertisement is to get you to shell out a whopping $5 for the full game, and I don't recommend you do that either. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. No Steam Cloud: the game progress isn't synced between the computers you use. On each machine, you have a different save with a different game progress. What is the advantage of using Steam to play it, then? Too heavy to be played on a PC that can play Minecraft! I don't see a reason for this, because the graphics here are simpler.
