Holy Nepotism Batman. I have rarely seen more clear friend and family reviews than on this game. I have basically played every falling block / tile matching puzzle game of any significance, and this game is absolute garbage. It does have some very interesting ideas, such as making specific colors, in this case which are also specific monsters, into specific shapes, which can't be changed from their position. Unfortunately not being able to change the position makes this game pretty close to on playable for anyone who has access to anything better. I see what they're doing, and honestly I think if it were done correctly it could even be well worth more than the price of this game. This is not the case though. This game is utterly unplayable by any sane rational person, and these reviews from people who know the dev are completely unacceptable. Nothing pisses me off more than people with the ability to do great things turning to forms of cheating to succeed. So I really recommend you ignore them and don't buy this game.

Very good game. I didn't expect to like it so much but it seems I keep getting back to it. (And not just because I'm 6th place in the ranking. lol ) The boss gimmick is pretty well thought out and made. And the music is very catchy, a bit dissonant in heavy-metal 8-bit style. There are some negatives though, but nothing too bad. The game really should display the next piece, like in Tetris. Because it can get very fast very quick. It's impossible to react to which piece it is, where it should be placed, and to actually place it in time. In Tetris it makes it way more manageable even at high speed. Also, it doesn't seem like the combo strings are that well rewarded. But it's really just about surviving the bosses so no big deal. And finally, the faster movement when we hold down the key should trigger way faster. Because the slowness adds even more unnecessary difficulty and doesn't feel very fluid. Again, Tetris should be the example to follow here. No reason to fix what ain't broke. Anyway, other than that I highly recommend if you like this type of games.

It's like Tetris, but you have to match specific blocks. It's a pretty cool variation.

Treat this as a game you would put a quarter into, play for a minute, and be like.. OK, sure... then walk away. A little less enjoyment than skeeball as a game. 15 min into it, 2 attempts.. and I'm good. Paid 0.69 cents, and I'm OK with that.

At 73 cents with tax, I still felt the need to refund this game. It's... "Tetris" with no block rotation.

I like the core idea, but the difficulty scales a bit too quickly within a game. For the first level or two the play area is too wide and there are not enough different creatures to provide a challenge. It becomes more fun as you get larger monsters and bosses, but the game speeds up too quickly for my liking after this happens, and I'd prefer more time to really think about where I'm going to position things.
