About Demolish & Build 3
Demolish & Build 3 is a first-person simulation game in which you play the role of a demolition company owner. Your main tasks involve demolishing and building various structures, while managing your growing company. To help you with those tasks, you can utilize a wide array of diverse tools, equipment and vehicles.

Breaking walls, cutting roofs, leveling land and building new structures are your daily bread. Diverse tasks from your customers are an excellent opportunity to earn a lot of money. Will you be able to complete them quickly and accurately enough to meet their expectations?

Throughout the game, you can use numerous vehicles, all with detailed models and sounds. Each can be driven both from a cabin and outside perspective. Some vehicles, such as the Excavator, include several different attachments like shears or jackhammers to help you with more specialized tasks.

Have fun with a brand new, realistic demolish model, where every tool, vehicle and fragment is physically simulated. All parts of the structures interact with each other, meaning that getting rid of a few strategically placed elements can collapse an entire building. Delve into the perfect balance between realism, performance and joy of destruction.

You’ll start the game with a small plot of land and a simple shack. By the end, you’ll own a vehicle park. Every machine is versatile and can handle various tasks, leaving you to choose the right one for the job. Find your favorite set of equipment, master its operation and put it to good use!

• A wide selection of varied machines - excavators, skid steers, bulldozers and other vehicles are waiting for action
• Varied missions and assignments - crushing, cutting, digging, leveling, transporting or building are just to begin with
• New physics - experience the realism of an authentic construction site, where every single beam and brick matter
• Earn a fortune and spend it to improve - buy new machines, attachments and tools that will allow you to perform more and more demanding tasks
• Immersive experience - enjoy realistic visuals and sounds, with a day and night shift system
• Play the way you like - there are many ways to achieve success. It's up to you to decide which one you choose

Awful control mechanism (Xbox controller). Terrible tutorials, leaving you second-guessing how or what to do. Levelling missions are truly tedious. Backwards and forwards with very little visible progress. The poor physics make this much more difficult than it needs to be, this is compounded by the poor camera angles and lack of in-game assistive tools makes this frustrating and unrewarding. Day-night cycles are pointless. why would you work in the dark, and even if you wanted to, the lighting options are terrible.6 found this helpful
The minimum requirements are wrong - 8 GB is not enough for this game. It will crash.2 found this helpful
the game was fine at release. it had issues, and some of them were fixed. reviews stayed negative, and the devs soon abandoned the project. it's sad, this game was promising. it would still be worth like half of its current price because what's there is fine, and until the new construction simulator comes out , it does have slightly better realism and physics than anything else for demolition (teardown is honestly better but far less realistic). if you want exactly what it seems like and 10-30 hours of gameplay, buy it. otherwise, wait to see the new construction simulator1 found this helpful
I saw it and was able to get if for just 99 pence, which I assumed would be a bargain. But now I can see why it was so cheap. It's a load of B_^!@!{~#-!! What a load of crap it is! Achievements don't appear at all, the so called money earned from missions is far less, despite doing 100% of tasks. And the missions are just so repetitive, hard and just so bloody boring! Levelling out dirt!? Building the same bleeding houses over and over again! Knocking down the same old building!? WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT! What's so fun about pushing dirt and making an area flat, that can't be done!? I'd thought that all the bad reviews it had at first would've made the developers go back to basics and make it better. What a fool I was. Do yourself a favour and do not buy this piece of crap called a simulator. It stinks! It Sucks! It doesn't have much! For shame on the developers. For Shame!
It's clearly unfinished, unbalanced and not what the trailer shows. In the trailer the tools and machines tear through the buildings effortlessly, in the game it takes about 5 seconds to get a single chunk to break of a wall and vehicles keep getting stuck on small debris and tiny holes. There is only a handfull of levels and the ground leveling missions are all but impossible. What a waste of time and money.
Game stutters very badly, played the demo and loved the gameplay of it, saw the game was only $0.83 so I decided why not I'll get it. I wouldn't buy it unless you like time capture game movement.
