this game is amazing, i love the movement and all the other mechanichs of the gme, its so well done and i hope it gets more love

At first I tried to rebind away from using the mouse, but now its bearable. I am like, 74% done the game IIRC? Wish there was a way to turn on or off the compass for the map (IE where I am on the map), unlike Silksong the game hard saves at save points, so you collect money after you save and then die? Gone. At least we don't have to fight a shade or go find our cocoons. Is it fair to compare it Silksong? No. Am I going to anyways? Yeah. If you have more than 2 monitors, play this on the screen that doesn't have your icons on it in the background, I am constantly clicking out of the game in full screen somehow, probably windows 10's fault, or some rogue process, idk, but all of my game shortcuts on my desktop keep getting moved around. Regardless, I still recommend this game. After adjusting to the controls, it gives that same "Git Gud" feeling that other metroidvanias have after beating a boss or difficult parkour section, albeit sometimes it feels like I just got lucky with brute forcing xD too much health. Though it does seem to be short, but I have enjoyed my time. Is it better than Silksong? No, its not. Is it good enough to tie me over until sea of sorrows? …

A fun and interesting Metroidvania for those of you who can't get enough of that genre. A unique combat system, good artistic style, and interesting world. It's not perfectly polished, but I can tell the devs put real effort into this. The difficulty can be inconsistent, mostly being fairly easy with a few frustrating parts, but still a good game.

Asside from the main movement/attack mechanic this game does absolutely nothing new. It is the most bog standard metroidvania I have ever played in my entire life. The fast travel system in particular is hot garbage, making traversing the map a giant slog and with the amount of stuff you have to backtrack to, 25 markers is not enough to keep track of everything.

It's not bad, though it's a somewhat weaker Metroidvania. The map could use more than one type of marker. Many areas feel like they were just copy-pasted, and the story isn't that spectacular either. Still, the graphics are very pretty and the soundtrack is excellent. That's why I'm giving it a good rating, I still had fun playing it. However, I definitely recommend the Ori and Hollow Knight games over this one.

Had a hard time getting into it with lack of engagement and unique and interesting story. It has great mechanics and concept just... not for me.
