I had a fabulous time playing this game. I wish that there were more chapters--it felt short, but the content that it does have was engaging and fun to play.

The idea of the game is rather interesting. However, there are a number of flaws to the game. One of them is the fact that it's really hard to map the effectiveness of each gear and their traits to what they do. While in a round, I would constantly be wanting to check both the effects of traits and what gears have what traits. But the inability to check the inventory, your "deck", combined with the information showing up in different locations, means it's really hard to actually decide what you want to get. Another issue is the fact that pausing means you can't do anything at all, whether it's moving gears, or selecting new gears to get. This means that a lot of times you will get the option to get a new gear, but you simply can't get and merge the gear in immediately, which often times means you lose out on a cycle of production, and even worse if that new gear was what you needed to start getting the effects of 1 of the trait bonuses, so a loss in 1 cycle's worth of trait bonus production. This feeds into the last issue, where the target score is growing exponentially, but you're stuck with the same amount of time, and the startup process in every map is pretty similar no matter …

This game does a good job of keeping you engaged as you manage patients and improve your clinic. Restoring patients' memories through a strange medical machine is a unique concept that helps the game stand out.
