About Exit Slum 11
Rules are simple:
If you observe an anomaly, something out-of-place or something not-seen-before, run back to where you started.
Otherwise, keep running.
When you reach Exit 11, you’ll manage to escape from this nightmare.
Exit Slum 11 is a short "running" simulator inspired by Backrooms and Liminal Spaces.
However, we strongly advise that you walk around and observe carefully since in each walkthrough there can be some randomly generated anomaly.
And if you fail to spot and anomaly, your dreams of exiting this nightmare will reset back to zero.
That's why you have to observe carefully, if you miss an anomaly your progress will be lost and you will have to start from the beginning.
The game uses latest version of Unreal Engine 5, so expect some nice visuals.
The game also has some occasional jumpscares, although the purpose of this game is not to scare the player, rather provide some mystery and eerie experience.
The game is designed with realism in mind, so there will be head-bobbing when you are running around.
The options menu has the ability to save your own key-bindings if you prefer something different that W,A,S,D..
The gameplay time can vary between 10 minutes or even up to 60 minutes depending on your observations skills.

great graphics and atmosphere. but like half of the anomalies just seem dumb and too subtle compared to exit 8 for example, in exit 8 every anomaly felt fair if you didnt notice it plus to see some of the anomalies you have to turn up the brightness by a lot. Seems like dev got lazy half way through and decided to add boring anomalies.1 found this helpful
A short, decent Exit 8-style anomaly-hunting game, with a creepy setting and vibe. The visuals are great, there's a bit of atmosphere, and some of the anomalies can be fairly subtle. So pay attention to your surroundings! Overall, I'd recommend it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4era9jBtMI1 found this helpful
Ugly. Boring. Poorly optimized. A bright example for bad game design. I can go on and on. Won't ask for refund a/ because asking for 0.99 refund is kinda petty and b/ because using these few coins the dev probably could start saving money for some game design classes for dummies. If you really want more detailed examples why this game sucks, see this - for one hour, none of the anomalies in the screenshots appeared. The only anomaly i was able to find, was a f*****g teapot that changed its color...1 found this helpful
Exit Slum 11

Positives:
+ Unsettling and creepy atmosphere + Good sounds + Well made area to explore + Its very short (can be finished in 0.5-2 hours)
Negatives:
- No achievements (why? its perfect for it) - Very low FOV and no way to change it - Head-bob that cant be disabled - Quite ugly VHS-effects that cant be disabled - A few bugs - Can get very frustrating at times - Feels monotonous and repetitive quite fast - Some of the anomalies are so subtle is very hard to spot them without help - The masked people that can appear are in 2D - Some obvious changes are not considered anomalies (which makes little to no sense)
Conclusion:
This game is only for those who like this kind of genre and want a really hard difficulty. My God, without a guide most would never be able to finish it (unless you use the hack method). So if you think its fun to look for very subtle anomalies and like looping games in general, you might enjoy parts of it. For everone else, you can easily just skip this one.
Total Score: 4/10
PS! There is a guide for you here if you need it: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3746…
The screenshots make the game look so nice, but when I play it I have wavy lines weird color stuff like Im watching an old TV. There seems to be no option to turn it off and it kind of makes me nauseous because its distorting my image as i move around as I move my eyes around to search at the same time. Ok game, kind of short.
