Really liked the vibe
I hate games with micro changes
Stairway is a psychological horror title developed and published by Hungry Games that transforms an ordinary apartment stairwell into a source of constant tension and uncertainty. Built around the increasingly popular anomaly-spotting genre, the game asks players to navigate a seemingly endless staircase while carefully observing their surroundings for anything that appears out of place. The concept is intentionally simple, but its execution demonstrates how effective minimalistic horror can be when atmosphere and player awareness become the primary gameplay mechanics. The entire experience revolves around observation. Players begin by familiarizing themselves with the normal appearance of the stairwell and then continue descending floor after floor. Along the way, strange anomalies may appear, ranging from obvious environmental distortions to subtle changes that can easily go unnoticed. The challenge lies in determining whether a floor remains unchanged or if an anomaly has manifested. a short, simple, and well-made anomaly game with just the right amount of challenge. as usual for this sort of game, the 'scary' elements feel pretty cheesy, but there thankfully aren't that many of them. it's free, and it only takes about half an hour to 100%, so it's definitely worth your time if you're a fan of the genre.
