I wanted to have more interaction with the pool & fish & wish it was scarier with more tasks! Super retro pixel art style, great VA & creative idea for a game. It feels like it could be the base for something way bigger! Shows up as a perfect game when all achievements are received. Always great to find quality F T P's like this one. cool premise and neat atmosphere. at first. the vo is hammy and the script in retrospect add nothing to this experience and just waste time. normally i wouldn't have cared and just appreciated it's there. especially since its free, but its unskippable. so if you want to see the other endings in this short game to make it feel more worth it, you have to suffer through that wasted time. i just didnt feel like it at all. its a weird call. not sure why you need to make me hear the same boring minutes of a jerk talking in your game that barely takes a minute more to play through. im not saying dont try it, like i said: cool premise, neat vibe, just expect not wanting to be bothered to see more than the one ending you get.

Flesh Water is a short horror game that takes a very strange idea and actually makes something fun out of it. I play as a worker for a pet feeding service who has one final job to complete at an abandoned pool. I need to clean up the area, prepare food for the client's unusual pet and make sure everything goes according to plan. The problem is that the job is clearly not as normal as it first sounds, and the game slowly lets me realise what I am actually dealing with. I like how quickly it gets into the strange stuff without needing a huge amount of setup. The main gameplay is pretty simple. I move around the pool area, clean things up, find what I need and prepare the meal before feeding the creature. There are small tasks to complete along the way, and I have to be careful because making the wrong decisions can lead to a bad outcome. I think this works well for a short horror game because it gives me something to actually do instead of just walking around waiting for the next scare. The game also has four different endings, so my actions have some meaning beyond simply getting to the end of the story. The atmosphere is probably what I like most. I mean... its... something? Like i wouldnt say its better than a 5/10 as most of the games made by Euphoric Bros, but i certainly enjoyed the aesthetic and the overall style, would i reccomend it... I'm not totally sure, i mean its a game that you would find appealing but at the same time its so short is hard to really give it an evaluation.
