An absolute classic with infuriating level design and janky controls. This is why it's great.

You know Star Wars is just kinda okay now that I think about it

The game was pretty fun, but mechanically it's incredibly strange. Letting go of the controls all together slows you down faster than holding back, which feels very weird. Physics based platforming is hard to make, I understand, but this just isn't all too great. The level design could use some serious work, most of them are simple and uninspired aside from the bouncing levels which even then aren't anything too crazy, Not a super long game, took me 30 minutes to beat. The other 13 minutes I played were spent trying to get it to work with my controller, which it didn't, despite my controller working for all the other games I have.

This game simply does not understand anything that makes Monkey Ball fun! You've got no momentum when you let go of the movement key (can't use a joystick either because there's no controller support), level difficulty is completely whack with some levels requiring simply holding forward while the next one can make you do some frustrating bouncing, and the camera doesn't control the level at all and instead your ball is slightly adjusted BUT holding backwards does literally nothing. Took thirty minutes to beat but it's not even worth your time.

NOTE: This game has 5 positive reviews, and the developer is friends with 3 of them. Very interesting. During a period where I was close with the developer, he challenged myself and a friend to a speedrun competition of this game; first person to beat the game wins. I won after 15 minutes. The levels are extremely lazy, and most of the latter levels were pumped out to meet a deadline. 1 level is outright impossible unless you know you can speed up the intro animation. 1 level halfway through the game is a flat perfectly-square field with nothing on it. Some levels like to toy around with unintuitive mechanics that are frustrating to play around and never come up again. Would only recommend to someone with excess money and is so starved for Monkey Ball content that they're tried everything else on the planet.
