About Guardian: 2026

The World, Consumed by DarknessThe thousand-year calamity has come early. The Nian awakens from the abyss, its breath corrupting the order of the stars. Eleven of the twelve zodiac guardian lights are swallowed by shadow:
  • Greed·Rat – Hoards everything, even hope.
  • Gluttony·Ox – Devours the harvest, leaving the land eternally hungry.
  • Frenzy·Tiger – Maddened by blood, turning grasslands into hunting grounds.
  • Plague·Rabbit – Spreads pestilence, corrupting all life.
  • Drought·Dragon – Burns away water, leaving only scorched earth.
  • Venom·Snake – Drenched in poison, turning swamps into dead zones.
  • Frost·Goat – Freezes time, stopping everything in ice.
  • Delusion·Monkey – Warps the mind, blurring illusion and reality.
  • Darkness·Rooster – Devours light, shrouding the land in eternal night.
  • Betrayal·Dog – Loyalty turns to treachery; old comrades draw their blades.
  • Abyss·Pig – Endless desire, leaving nothing but emptiness behind.
And the Horse – the only guardian who remains uncorrupted.A Solitary Journey BeginsYou will face these demonic generals across four seasons, each with its own theme, environmental mechanics, and enemy ecosystem:
  • Spring – The Paradox of Decay
A rotting forest and a greedy vault. Manage your “Corruption” meter and survive in overgrown, toxic miasma.
  • Summer – The Turmoil of Scorching Heat
Burning plains and the lair of the drought dragon. Dodge the blazing sun and drought, and fight fire with fire.
  • Autumn – The Feast of Withering
Poisonous swamps and frozen pastures. Break illusions, burn toxic clouds, melt the ice.
  • Winter – The Night of the End
An eternal night village and the abyss of greed. Seek light in darkness and resist the temptation of wealth.
Roguelite Depth, Infinite Variety
  • Every run is a new cycle – Levels, enemies, and items are randomly generated, offering endless replayability.
  • Nearly 100 item modules – From “Mother-Child Fuse” to “Nian’s Fang”, each item alters how your firecracker attacks work.
  • Item synergies – Combine different modules to trigger hidden, powerful effects. Example: Poison + Bounce = Plague Spread.
  • Permanent progression – Earn “Incense” by defeating demonic generals to unlock new talents, blessing pools, and starting bonuses.
The Horse’s Unique Combat Style
  • Core Mechanic – Galloping Momentum
The faster you move, the stronger you attack. Keep running to build up “Momentum”, turning your firecrackers into a storm of flames.
  • Weapon – Crimson Firecracker
A line-penetrating flame attack that leaves burning trails on the ground, scorching all darkness.
  • Ability – Hoof of Blazing Charge
Consume Momentum to dash forward, dealing massive fire damage to all enemies in your path and igniting the ground.
A Story-Driven Epic of Solitude
  • Complete narrative arc – From the opening “Fall of the Stars” to the Nian’s desperate whispers, every boss fight features its own story cutscene.
  • Memories and farewells – During each boss fight, you’ll witness warm flashbacks of your past camaraderie – you are not defeating enemies, but saving corrupted friends.
  • Multiple endings – Unlock different endings based on the order you defeat the generals and the number of “Memory Shards” you collect.
Key Features
