Heart is Muscle

ENG: I don't always play everything I buy, luckily I pressed play on this one and I was pleasantly surprised, it is an example of how a Visual Novel should be, with catchy visuals, a unique interface, playable elements and different endings. Buy it, the price is a gift. ESP: No siempre tengo tiempo de jugar todo lo que compro, por suerte le di play a este y linda sorpresa me lleve, es un ejemplo de como debe ser ser una Visual Novel, con gráficos llamativos, atrapante, con una interfaz diferente, elementos jugables y diferentes finales. Cómpralo, el precio es un regalo.

It's a cute and funny game, with likable characters, and I found the true ending (+epilogue) pretty heartwarming. Also the concept of a town named Swoleville electing its mayor via flex-off/whoever has the biggest muscles is just so wonderfully hilarious I had to sit back and just savor that for a moment in-game. Incredible.

ONCE UPON A TIME SOMEONE WAS BROWSING AT ITCHIO AND FOUND A GAME WITH SPARKLING TEXT AND PUNCHES AND THEY THOUGHT "aw man this is so cool!!!!!!!!!!!" but LITTLE DID THEY KNOW THAT THE GAME WAS 2 DOLLARS AND THEY COULDNT BUY IT BECAUSE ITCHIO DIDNT ACCEPT THEIR CARD so they cried night and day asking "WHY....................???????????????? I JUST WANTED TO SEE SPARKLING AND COLORFUL TEXT JUMPING ON MY SCREEN AND PUNCH DOGS (affectionately)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" but one day A LIGHT SHONE TO THEM AND A VOICE SAID "Heart is Muscle is coming to Steam!" AND THE PERSON STARTED TO CRY TEARS OF JOY INSTEAD OF SADNESS AND THEN-- well they had the opportunity to beat the game before but THAT'S NOT WHATS IMPORTANT I COULD FINALLY BUY THIS AND THATS WHAT MATTERS it is going to have a special place in my steam games and heart forever I LOVE YOU BORO I LOVE YOU MIRCHE I LOVE YOU MA i love this game because it has punches cookies funny dialogues himbo protagonist puns and sPaRkLiNg TeX…

Borislav just lost a flexing competition to decide the mayor of Swolesville for the next year, and only has 24 hours to contest the results! As fate would have it, an explosion far off in the distance and an unconscious man in a nearby clearing herald far more important matters. Heart is Muscle is not only a scientific fact but the game's central thesis as you have to balance your time wisely on the things that actually matter in the grand scheme, or risk misleading Borislav down a darker path. The story is extra sweet and has a delightful aesthetic, though the UI is spotty in places, but is still commendable for the dev's first time working in Unity. I enjoyed it, and I believe you will too!
