Миниатюрные зомби и антураж детской комнаты создают необычный контраст, который, тем не менее, отлично работает. Перестрелки с армией игрушечных монстров получаются динамичными и кровавыми, а возможность использовать детское оружие, вроде водяного пистолета, добавляет абсурдности и веселья. Несмотря на визуальный стиль, игра сохраняет хардкорный геймплей оригинальной Killing Floor. Вам все так же придется продумывать тактику, экономить патроны и координировать действия с командой, чтобы выжить. Боссы ощущаются по-настоящему опасными, даже в уменьшенном масштабе.
