This feels more like they wrapped an entire dumpling just for the vinegar of Ria's route from the last game, turning it into a sizable afterstory. It patches up the regrets left by the original for its fans, but loses the special spark that made the first game shine. The ending feels rushed, but it manages to land safely enough.5 found this helpful

More contents for you who love the original Kinkoi. I like this one better since it has Ayaka's route and also
happier ending for Ria
I finally got around finishing this game, but do play the first game first if you've not yet. I'll just say that, THAT ending, WILL make you cry. After playing the true route, I'll have to excuse myself to wipe off happy tears. The true route was the spotlight of the game - art, soundtrack and the true route were fantastic.
In the first game, the original Ria route was absolutely emotionally destroying (in a good way). This true route changes it so that she gets a happy ending.
10/10 Absolute Cinema
