add ww2 scenario with user-decision events (like attack czechoslovakia or demand sudetenland, let austria vote at their own terms or annex them). also add simple liberation mechanic like when you conquered country u can liberate them and they will automatically join institution with you and have the same ideology as you (or ability to change ideology for the puppet state). the most important thing to add is ideology selector (custom ideologies will be appreciated ;) ). main ieologies are socialism/communism, democratic, authoritarian, and of course RADICAL IDEOLOGIES (i just dont like to use their names in my reviews). later u can add some ideologies like plutocracy or technocracy but its up to you. ideologies need to have different buffs and debuffs i guess so gameplay will be balanced. and important thing is player must have an ability to change his ideology. u can implement ideology changer in some kind of focus tree if you mind to add it.1 found this helpful
