I don't usually like visual novels, so I can't recommend it.

I finished the game in about 3.7 hours. It's a pretty simple story, but I had a great time with it. It doesn't try to do anything groundbreaking, and that's completely fine. It's a short, relaxing experience that knows exactly what it wants to be. The visuals are beautiful, and the voice acting is easily the game's strongest aspect. I especially loved the use of the Kyoto dialect throughout the dialogue. It adds a lot of authenticity and really helps bring the setting to life. The game also does an excellent job of capturing the atmosphere of Kyoto. The scenery, the streets, and the overall vibe make it feel like a genuine love letter to the city. Overall, it's a short and cozy experience. While it won't leave you speechless with its story, it's charming, well presented, and definitely worth playing if you're looking for something relaxing.

Short but sweet VN set in Kyoto. A great start to learning Kyoto dialect and practice for Japanese as well.

Short lighthearted drama VN. Something different from the average VN on steam. Its focus is more on real life issues and problems rather than usual world saving/romance themes. Refreshing! Also it contains the collection of everyday expressions in both Tokyo and Kyoto Japanese so it is also possible to learn from this title. Big plus from me.
