Legends of Heropolis DX

I'm a big fan of Kairosoft and have actually owned nearly every game they have on Steam. I've also managed to 100% several games and this is the first Kairosoft game I have to leave a thumb down and drop it, for the sake of my sanity. TL;DR: This game sparks minimal joy. It's extremely tedious, the UI is a bloody joke, there's little tutorial to tell you what's going on. The game also comes with a massive, but pointless grind. Kairosoft games are mostly grindy so it's nothing unusual but omg, this one is god-tier. Skip this game unless you really, really wanna torture yourself. If you are a massive Kairosoft fan and feel compelled to finish every game they come up with, put this one last on your list. Some of the eyewatering grinds as follows (also cointain some random tips coz at this point I can't be bothered to come up with a guide) (1) Wanna build a dream team? Each battle you fight (manually, you click and click and click and click), you earn some "flags". Gather 100 of them flags and you get to spin the lucky wheel, either you get some gold cold (a premium currency to buy fancy stuff or speed things up), or some useless power-ups, or a "big nothing". Decent game, a little chaotic, be warned, there are a TON of details to keep up with, I'd recommend this game if it were $5.00 USD or less.

This has the expected Kairosoft charm, though it suffers from being a mobile game adapted to PC and consoles. It unfortunately hasn't been adapted especially well, because it's extremely confusing, feels very slow-paced, and is visually not as harmonious as most of their other titles. The multiple currencies are limited pointlessly for a home release, and they only make it harder to understand. The main currency used in most places is just unbelievably gross. But it just...appears, generated from decor, randomly, so it's clearly not what it's called or resembles. The share-buying mechanic is really not very fun, too, and the excess of roulettes and (un)lucky draws ends up being more frustrating than exciting, and often a waste of resources. This should have been tweaked more for the home release. It's fun to see a super sentai setup, and it is pretty rare to see a game like this at all, much less a game with as much variety in it. It's fun to assemble a team as you go, and very fun to upgrade their suits. I actually really wanted to like this Kairosoft game but the gameplay is just ass. I honestly though this was gonna be Beastie Bay but they just ruined it. JUST STICK WITH THE GAMEPLAY FROM BEASTIE BAY HOW HARD IS THAT YOU ALREADY PERFECTED THE WAY YOU MAKE RPG GAMES???
