A very cozy game with great progression, cute animations, unlockable cosmetics, and a lively world. I played the demo and waited for the 1.0 release, and I'm not disappointed. The online co-op added in the update runs smoothly for me as well. I hope to see more amazing updates in the future, I’d love the ability to enter the NPC homes and more NPC interactions in the town. I heavily recommend this game. I played roughly a 100+ hours in Early Access, and felt like the Developers were super communicative of save files in Early Access not being compatible with 1.0's release because of all the new features they were adding. And they did - they added a TON of new features and made the game so much better. It was definitely worth starting over because of this. I just wanted to address this early on because I've noticed a surge of 1 star reviews addressing the Save File issue, and even with the Developer posting a resolution, it absolutely tanked their scores when unfortunately that's the risk of playing an Early Access game. With that out of the way, I want to actually provide a review on the actual game. This game isn't Animal Crossing, HOWEVER, if Animal Crossing: New Horizons left you feeling a certain type of way due to the lack of depth and content, this will scratch your itch. As a long time cozy gamer, I definitely have felt overwhelmed with the Cozy Slop rush of devs wanting to make a quick buck on the genre. That being said, this game is not one of those. I dislike simulation games, but for some reason, this game just hooks me. I think it's the cozy/no stress atmosphere. you just play and enjoy. I played nearly 7hours in one go. Glad I bought it!
