About Lord of Darkness: Aftermath
Lord of Darkness: Aftermath is the second game in the Lord of Darkness series, made in a similar pixel style and JRPG genre. Together with the blue-haired hero and his friends, we have to go on crazy adventures, because the world is in serious danger again. You will overcome many dungeons and defeat many bosses, and terrible secrets will be solved.
This part is also replete with cliches of classic JRPG games, while providing unexpected twists and an interesting plot. Not without well-chosen music, which will give a feeling of nostalgia for your favorite genre.
Our hero is an ordinary village guy who lives with his father, who sells in his shop. But after unexpected terrible events, he will have a great adventure full of new acquaintances and dangers. And which ones, you will find out in a personal adventure!

✦ AI summary
Players criticize this game for its slow, tedious early game with an empty village, scarce resources, and difficulty spikes that make even weak enemies lethal at low levels. The experience feels generic and low-effort, relying heavily on standard RPGMaker assets without compelling content to keep players engaged beyond the first hour.
I could only play for halve an hour...this game is just tooooo boring. I mean it starts with an nearly empty village than you can run around the map without any encounters...only if you follow the script and dive into the first dungeon you'll see your first enemies. Because you couldn't enter any shops in your village and (dunno why) everyone hates you there you have only an old sword and some supplies. Use them sparingly you don't find much in the near future....and guess what...even with level 4 2 small rats can kill you. After the first dungeon your village was destroyed and you jump straight into the next one. All of this is done with standard RPGMaker sets (if I remember right your village map is an standard set). Yes, this game is cheap....cheap in every aspect. You'll find better games for free.2 found this helpful
