Magnus Positive Phototaxis

One of those games that made me feel understood despite not even understanding them properly, thank you. I got exhausted of the puzzles and followed a guide mostly (don't judge a sleepy and mildly intoxicated girl please), but enjoyed the experience regardless! The gameplay is classic point&click with puzzles and follows an intriguing journey through a mysterious setting filled with philosophical and religious symbolism, mainly touching on the topics of life and spirituality. I liked how the environments are a combination of casual realistic places and cryptic, cult-like chambers or include futuristic technological portrayal. Additionally I relished the animated cutscenes (which I already enjoyed in the previous part), some of them are so bizarrely alluring that I wished to be on whatever the animator had (that oddly erotic technological parasitism?? Or whatever it's supposed to be was very mesmerizing and probably represents certain metaphors I was unable to decipher thus far). I like the visuals, the vibe, and the iconism, but the fcking pixelhunting is just killing it. I had to use a guide because I couldn't find the next thing. Lazarus A.D. 2222 Enjoyable 3rd game in the Magnus serie, not sure wha'ts happening but it reminds me a bit about 751 Games dev and his game Cat museum, and Life Gallery world with some weirdness. it takes around 40mins/1 h to complete.

Awesome game, I really like the atmosphere, the story and catholic motives. Some part were actually a challenge, just enough for me not to get frustrated, but stil move my brain. If you want to spend your afternoon on something really unique -choose this game :)

It's an ok point and click puzzle, but it's way too short, simple and non-sensical in the way you should solve it that I can't in good faith recommend it. The art style is very interesting and engaging, but the long-ass ugly 3d animations and the general emptiness of the world, make this just a frustrating walk in the park

Recommending this purely because you can find and kill Adrammelech in it.
