It's pretty mediocre even for 2004 standards. The gameplay is similar to the newer Sniper Elite series - you're equipped with a sniper, pistol, and knife. You're a UN soldier taking on Burundi liberation forces. I didn't expect much since it's a 20+ year old low budget game, but it just wasn't fun. The biggest issues here are the movement, AI, and level design. I was wondering why shift didn't work for running, until I realized I was running the entire time. The walk and run speeds are essentially the same, both super slow. As for the AI, it's an absolute joke. When an enemy hears a gunshot or their friend next to them dies, they'll "run" away for cover. It's basically the worlds lightest jog - genuinely barely moving at all. The game often warns you of an upcoming large group of enemies and advises that you maneuver sneakily or wait for the group to pass. This is completely unnecessary - you can just walk right up to them and kill them one by one because they will miss 95% of their shots. The levels that I played were very linear and uninspired. You can essentially just hold W and occasionally stop to kill the groups of enemies you encounter. P.S. The game only works if you …1 found this helpful
This game's budget perfectly reflects Burundi's poverty, also these low poly chickens look delicious
Game launched normally the first time, but on modern systems the controls do not feel the same as when i played on Windows XP hardware. No longer launches correctly. Not recommended.
