This is an extremely dumb game. Bill Gates created some mutants and it seems like it's the end of the world, and a terminator-like medvedev seems to be the only hope of survival. It's simple but it obviously took some skill to make this, which begs to wonder: why? Why not make something interesting instead of weird meme crap?
