Compared to Fresh Supply, which is just a remastered version, OUWB contains the original version of Blood and its expansions for it. It's a decent FPS with some well designed maps. The difficulty can be absolutely brutal if you aren't careful enough due to hitscanners, otherwise it's a recommended boomer shooter.16 found this helpful

I don't know what to say about this game. It's and old Doom like game, but it has character. It's weird but in a good way. If you grew up in the 90's or want to know whet our culture was like drink 3 mountain dews as fast as you can and play this game with no AC on.1 found this helpful
This is perhaps one of the most nolstagic games I've played and it still holds up to this day :)
Blood: The best game ever
