Milf City

what. a. game. all i can say. the mahjong in this game is quite entertaining. and aparently if you are good at mahjong, you get to have intercourse with one of 5 girls who in my opinion are all quite arousing. unfortunately there is a lack of ebony ladies in this game and it will cause my review to go down slightly as a result. i also very much enjoyed how at the end of every "session" you get to fill up the pretty ladies with your special goo if u know what im saying. overall a great game and i would def play again in the near future. 8/10

Milf City is a kinetic visual novel mixed with mahjong gameplay. You explore the various areas of Mahjong Island, meeting MILFs and playing 20 levels of mahjong to unlock sexual photos and erotic scenes. This game is cheap and filled with steamy content, so I would recommend it! Pros: Pretty cheap! 5 highly attractive MILFs 🤤 Fun and relaxing mahjong gameplay (skippable with X) Hint system is included! Lewd pictures and animations are great Cons: Some translation issues, but not bad enough to affect understanding Scenes are a little short Game as a whole is kinda short (~1 hour) There could be some more variety in the lewd scenes UI could be better I wish there was a little more story in this game Characters - 8/10 Visuals - 8/10 Story - 4/10 Gameplay - 7/10 Replay Value - Worth it to replay a couple times for the ladies, but even the mahjong levels are worthy of replays too! Final Verdict: 7.5/10

meh, finished under 45 mins. I thought this was a full visual novel, smh I got ripped-off and had to play mahjong to ♥♥♥♥....

Took 30 minutes to play 7 to get through the broken dialog, The worst part i never got hard.

I genuinely don’t think I was prepared for what Milf City turned out to be. Milf City really caught me off guard in a way I didn’t expect. At first glance, it might seem like just another visual novel—but that assumption falls apart almost immediately. What this game delivers is something far more deliberate, far more confident, and honestly, far more impactful than I expected going in. Milf City makes that clear very quickly. Every aspect of the experience feels intentional. The pacing is carefully structured so that you’re never overwhelmed, yet always engaged. The progression system subtly encourages you to explore different paths, and the way choices unfold gives a real sense of control that a lot of games *claim* to have, but rarely execute this well. Milf City handles this with surprising precision. What stood out to me the most is how committed the game is to its vision. It doesn’t try to dilute itself or appeal to everyone, it knows exactly what it wants to be, and it fully leans into that. That level of focus is rare, and it makes the entire experience feel cohesive from start to finish. Milf City never loses sight of what it is. The writing, surprisingly, carries a lo…
