An ok PNC adventure with an overwhelmingly misleading overwhelmingly positive rating. I wanted to like it, but it never managed to get me gripped neither by the story nor by the puzzles. One of the few times that I have to admit I was bored by a PNC title. Without spoiling anything:
PROS
+++ Fantastic soundtrack, easily the game's strongest point +++ You can save manually at any point and there are multiple save slots available + Achievements
MEH
?? The protagonist is likeable, but the story ranges from silly to absurd. ? Rhyming dialogue - I wasn't bothered by it, but going through other reviews it seems that a lot of other folks were. I didn't find it annoying, but I didn't think it gave the game additional points either, hence the 'meh' rating. ? The game is very short, but for $6 I'd say the value for money ratio is acceptable.
CONS
--- Puzzles - They aren't puzzles per se, just running around trying inventory items everywhere to see what works where. There was never a "aha!" moment while figuring them out, more like a relief that you managed to become unstuck. Hardly engaging stuff. --- The sudden introduction of never before used mechanics in sp…

I can't really complain at the sale price of under AUD$2, providing two hours of gameplay. That said, I can't really recommend this, either. It's a P&C adventure, but the puzzles are extremely simple with the only real difficulty being figuring out where the various exits are on each screen. Music is good, the art style is a bit off (partly chunky pixel art, partly higher res digital paintings which don't really go together well) and the rhyming dialog outstays its welcome within the first two setences. Pick this up to play on sale if you want to kill two hours and really like P&C, but I'm a little suprised by the "Overwhelingly Positive" score.

Short, but fun point-and-click game with an interesting setting for a sci-fi story (a fjord). I liked the oldschool-ish pixel art.

Nice game, if you have problems with the window opening and immediately minimizing on a large screen or multi-monitor setup, just add "-window-mode borderless -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080" to the launch options, that should solve the problem.

cried my eyes out over a pixelated cow. 10/10 MMW is a very beautiful, tranquil little point & click adventure game, and i really liked it! it was short and not difficult. the dialogue is both cheeky and sad and overall i would absolutely recommend. super unique concept and awesome soundtrack!

Very atmospheric, short game with intuitive but not entirely braindead puzzles. 2 hours gameplay, without guides.
