Great visuals and good sound design, but it boils down to 1 hour of Russian schizo dialogue before the main character goes to sleep and has a weird dream. There is a good amount of symbolism in here and I get the whole thing abut her broken home, dead father, and thinking her mother is evil... but aside from that, there is no actual story being told here more so than the player "experiencing" the main character's mental illness and depression. The first game, which I originally tried from Itchio, was more interesting and easier to follow. It is initially what lead to me wanting to purchase this sequel on Steam and support the developer, so it is unfortunate that this one turned out to not be my cup of tea. Also, the ending credits are not skippable, even after having beaten the game once.
