I'm not sure of the legitimacy of all these positive reviews, but I can't vouche for this game. MyBird is literally just a runner game that re-uses the same assets throughout the entire run with no proper changes or increase in difficulty. You'll see the same obstacles and landscape in your entire game play. The English translations has some grammar mistakes, there's some occasional FPS drops and lag despite the graphics being very low and basic, and the achievements are broken too. Also, the 'speed' booster isn't really a boost; more like a like a liability, because it speeds up the screen movement making it easier for you to run into obstacles, and more difficult to react on time to dodge. The jump mechanic is also janky because the longer you hold the jump key your speed increases upwards. They really should make a default jump speed without the speed increase. Until the devs can fix the achievement issues, I don't see myself playing MyBird again. Also, priced at $10 USD is a compete rip-off.

Nice game. But it has broken achievements and easy to spot AI assets.

Disgusting slop spit out by the shovelware farm known as Gamesforgames. It's a poorly executed attempt at cloning Jetpack Joyride, obviously. They made sure to pay for fake positive reviews to try to trick users into thinking any amount of effort went into this. The slop stew starts at the main menu, where you're pleasantly greeted with blurry fonts and an AI generated background. You're unable to use your mouse on the main menu. Selecting the "How To Play" button will show you some GPT generated, broken English about a bird using a jetpack. As for the gameplay, if you want to call it that, all of the assets are similarly blurry since they don't know how to properly implement multiple resolutions in Godot. I'd link them to the docs, but odds are they didn't even actually make this. While playing you'll get to listen to a wonderful several second "song" on loop. You collect coins as you move. Unlike Jetpack Joyride, though, there is absolutely nothing to do with them. No upgrades, no shop, no skins, no anything. All you do is dodge the same two obstacles and collect the same co…

Let's talk for just a moment about AI-based image creation. (Hear me out; this does relate to the game) Once you've set up your parameters, you can re-run the process an unlimited number of times. Hypothetically, let's say you're making art for a game about a bird with a jetpack. You might find the image generator gives you back an image with significant mistakes, like giving your bird character two pairs of wings, or making a mangled duplicate of them that's just a mess of mismatched bird and machine parts, or producing extra birds with two beaks and one eye. (Duplicating the subject for no reason, by the by, is a particularly common giveaway for diffusion-based "AI" images.) If you actually care the butt-wiping minimum about the product you're creating, generating a new batch of images is as simple as clicking and waiting for a few seconds, and repeating the process until you get something at least vaguely passable. It will still almost inevitably be ugly with no human input, but at least you can get a version that isn't complete visual nonsense. Conversely, if you don't care at all about the actual quality of what you're putting out to the public and want only a minimum viable p…

As a game it is a slight improvement over the Flappy Bird formula. The game seems short with a run probably lasting for about five minutes and the sparse content repeats a lot even during the run, so you probably should not pay much this game.
