About Nope Nope Nurses Melee

The unbelievable spinoff off Sakusei Byoutou! You might not believe it, but it's now a 2D fighting game! It's kill or be killed, and either way you're getting sucked dry!

An entirely original story in the universe of Sakusei Byoutou, brought to you in the form of a 2D fighting game!
We've teamed up with Yano Kakuto, the game developer headed by Yano Tomoyuki of NO Motion, to bring you this fresh new spin on things!
Relive the good old days of the small screen as your favorite nurses duke it out in a 640x480 window!

In the story mode, you will play as Tachibana, defeating other nasty nurses to advance the plot.
All characters are playable in VS mode. Local two-player battles are available.
※Online battles are not supported.

Sakusei Fighters features a wide range of original systems to spice things up, such as Medical Combos, Special Overdrives, and the Sperm Stock system.
Make no mistake, this game is more than just a silly joke - it's the real deal.

An Easy mode is available for players new to fighting games or who wish to focus on the story.
It will let you experience all the thrills of battle with a simple input scheme!

Story
It all begins with a mysterious pot of coffee left in the nurses' station.
After drinking it, the nurses all become terribly aggressive, irritated by anything and everything.
Our protagonist, Tachibana, is no exception. While she recognizes that something is wrong, she cannot resist the call of battle!

Meanwhile, the nurses she defeats find themselves still unable to quell their arousal and turn to Yamada to satiate their desires!
Just who is behind all of this madness? Find out for yourself!

"Some actions may reveal underwear." That's the biggest joke ever made in a game description, and I think he's right. I played the game until the end. The game window size is 200/300 pixels, like 30 years ago. You may see a white pixel or two, which should be the panties, but I missed. That's about it. Of course, someone with a brain on a wire could be hurt by those two white pixels, because we live in a world where obsessed lunatics have more rights. Some people can't sleep at night because of the two white pixels.

Nope Nope Nurses Melee is a fun 2D fighting game with a story mode that feels like a spinoff of the main series. It’s built on a very old engine, so getting it to run smoothly on newer machines can be a bit of a hassle. Depending on your controller, it may also require some remapping. Pick it up cheap if you like the series.

Nope Nope Nurses Melee is a chaotic anime-style fighting game spin-off that takes the bizarre energy of the Nope Nope Nurses universe and transforms it into a fast-paced arcade brawler filled with exaggerated comedy, over-the-top fan service, and intentionally ridiculous action. Rather than attempting to become a deeply technical competitive fighter, the game focuses almost entirely on chaotic entertainment, absurd character interactions, and colorful arcade-style combat. The result is a strange but energetic indie fighting game that feels heavily inspired by older doujin fighters and parody anime culture. The game shifts away from the more visual-novel-focused style of the main Nope Nope Nurses titles and instead places its cast into exaggerated melee battles driven by humor and pure chaos. From the very beginning, the game embraces an intentionally unserious tone where ridiculous scenarios and over-the-top character personalities matter far more than realism or balanced competitive gameplay. Every fight feels designed around spectacle, exaggerated reactions, and playful absurdity rather than strategic precision. One of the first things players will notice is the game’s retro-in…

hot nurses? yep game works? yep is it a bit janky? yep, but this is a really old game engine overall, if you like sakusei byoutou i recommend this. it's a pretty funny side story. someone gets mad at tachibana, she gets mad back, and then they fight. that's pretty much all there is to it. it has some hilarious story though if you also really liked this story. It has an important message about late stage capitalism and corrupt healthcare practices. The characters all have their own personalities and lovable sides. one of the best eroge series of the 2020s so far imo.
