The hell is this game. Only 2 characters available?, Mostly positive??. What a joke..

This is to the dev. I played a little of this game and assuming this is your first or early game dev projects, good job! Making a fighting game is hard and yet I see a game with bare bones but made decently. I hope you grow as a dev and make better games in the future. Thank you for letting us play this game.

There are only 2 characters in the game, with relatively few moves, and the characters' movements are relatively stiff. You can use some rogue tricks to defeat the AI. The difficulty of the game is limited, the content is empty, and it doesn't make people feel interesting. -------------------------------------------------- Manual achievement: 0/0

"Sakura Battle" is a lulzy very low quality 2.5D retro arcade fighter/versus with only two characters, both of which are the developers imaginary girlfriends. The graphics aren't great. That's understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded.
