About Oddballs

Oddballs is a fast‑paced 2D arcade shooter that pairs instant action with surprising depth. With pick‑up‑and‑play controls you fend off waves of bouncing enemies while navigating branching levels. The game takes the escalating challenge and sense of progression of modern roguelikes and pairs it with the immediacy of classic arcades. Jump into a stage alone or team up in couch co‑op, clear waves, rack up your score and choose your next destination on a world map. Each session is quick yet demanding and rewards reflexes and precision over grinding builds. Learning how each enemy behaves is part of the fun: enemy families range from simple ricocheting balls to more devious patterns, and mastering them is the key to high scores. Key Features:
  • Responsive, Simple Controls: jump straight into the action with horizontal movement and upward shooting that feel crisp and tight
  • Diverse Enemy Families: face a wide variety of bouncing enemies with unique movement and attack patterns, keeping you on your toes
  • Branching World Map: after each stage pick your next route, discovering new enemies and environments along the way
  • Couch Co‑op: tackle levels solo or join a friend on the same screen for coordinated chaos
  • Skill Over Grind: no complex builds or random loot tables but your reflexes, precision and knowledge of enemy behavior determine your success
