I bought a Deagle and AWP and wanted to join a lobby: there was only one with two players and it was full. When I created my own lobby, after 5 minutes no one had joined. Although the game looks pretty trashy, it would have been quite funny, but it seems to be dead already.

You enter the lobby and you realize how little effort they have put into this, apart from the servers being empty, a waste of time.
Project Zero is what happens if a Valve employee sleep-deprived for 72 hours tries to recreate Counter-Strike using duct tape, stolen sound files, and pure bad judgment.
The game is completely dead. Matchmaking throws you in with bots that run around staring at the sky like they’re waiting for aliens to extract them. Movement is clunky, shooting feels wrong, and the graphics look like a free Unity asset flip from 2009. The audio is shameless. Straight-up Valve sound rip-offs everywhere. Every kill is celebrated with the same loud “OH SH*T”, repeated so often it stops being funny and starts sounding like the game reacting to itself. And of course.. Microtransactions. Skins awkwardly jammed in like the devs know the ship is sinking and are desperately trying to sell souvenirs. This game should not even being allowed to be on Steam. Dogsh*t.

🎯 Project Zero Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆☆☆☆☆ (3/10) 🎨 A Missed Shot in the Ghost-Hunting Game Project Zero (also known as Fatal Frame in some regions) has a cool concept — using a camera to capture and fight ghosts — but the execution here feels clunky and underwhelming. The horror is there, but too often it’s bogged down by poor pacing, weak mechanics, and design choices that hurt more than help. 🎮 Gameplay Core Experience: The signature Camera Obscura mechanic is neat in theory: you photograph spirits to damage them. But using it doesn’t always feel satisfying. Movement is sluggish, and aiming the camera feels awkward, especially during ghost encounters. Several reviews mention that the controls are “clunky” and that navigating feels more like a chore than a tense ghost-hunt. Level Design & Flow: Exploration is pretty limited. According to some reviewers, there’s a lot of backtracking through the same areas again and again, which drags down the tension. The game’s structure also feels linear, with not much room for organic discovery.
