Game is hot cheeks and not in a fun, Friday night kind of way. I don't mind the slow burn type of game, but this one was full of pandering, useless dialogue, and locations that have you go there just to go there. I didn't even finish it because the hitchhiker part killed me, which I didn't mind, but the checkpoint is non existent or broken, and I was NOT about to restart the game all over again to get to it again. I usually don't refund games, but I felt a little ripped off from this one, so I did.5 found this helpful
[[[[ NO SPOILERS ]]]] Video Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzdtAAM5cWE So I gave this latest FEARS TO FATHOM style inspired game over 40 mins to get to the scares and it never did. Then I somehow fell off the road while trying to turn around? This game's mechanics are mostly fine, but it forgot to be remotely scary. I get that you have to invest a little time with a character to flesh them out and make the viewer care, but 40 minutes to not even reach George's Farm is asking a bit too much.
