Puzzle Vault is a collection of Godot minigames the "developer" of this garbage ripped off from somewhere, as once more we see Blender Games/Cute Hannah's Games/Quantum Quiver/whatever other shell accounts this guy uses to dump more "minimum viable product" shovelware rapidly onto Steam Direct as a cash grab. There's nothing of any real value here as a game, it was never intended to be. This is another one of what Valve calls "fake games", a $100 Steam Direct market entry intended for the bulk generation of Steam keys for bundle sites and nothing else. If you did try to take this seriously as a genuine product (it isn't), it's just a bunch of Godot tutorials/programming exercises/demos the developer stitched together and put his own name on. AI slop was used for the marketing material, but not disclosed, in direct violation of Valve's requirement to properly warn gamers about the use of AI slop. I did all 50 puzzles in 2.2 hours. Some puzzles are fun, some are reaction speed dependent. Some are so simple they can't be called puzzles. Some require clicking in seemingly random locations, some require assumptions that are hard to guess at. I even cheated a little by using Godot Reverse Engineering tools to take a look at the game code. Just so I could have a hint. But overall had a fun time.

It presents itself as a sequence of contained problem-solving scenarios, each designed to test logic, observation, and spatial reasoning in a controlled environment. From the outset, the game makes it clear that its priority is delivering a steady stream of puzzles rather than creating a broader world or story to accompany them. The gameplay revolves around interacting with a variety of mechanisms and systems, often requiring players to manipulate objects, align symbols, or complete tasks in a specific order to progress. Many levels are not limited to a single puzzle but instead unfold as a chain of smaller challenges that connect together. Solving one element reveals another, creating a layered structure that encourages players to think ahead and understand how different parts of the puzzle relate to each other. This design gives each level a sense of progression and makes the act of solving feel more involved than simply finding a single solution. A key strength of the game lies in i…
