Look, it has fun elements to it but after about 3 maps you'll see how grossly imbalanced the game is. Upgrades are very hard to save up for the scaling of their expense is just off the charts, while the means of gathering money is slow to begin with and never improves. Even on easy, expect to get your backside kicked from Level 3 onwards. Don't even get me started on the normal and hard difficulties. Game was good for killing an afternoon but it's a thumbs down from me.5 found this helpful
The game died as soon as it got off the ground. Honestly, if this is the complete version of the game then it's the most disappointing form it could have. So much could have been done up to this point but the game's last update was in 2023 so this is as far as it got. Progression in itself is lackluster, with few upgrades that only make numeric changes at astronomical prices. The depth of field makes it really hard to tell distance apart when shooting enemies or seeing if the angle of your shot will line up according to your imagination. The variety, whether weapons, upgrades, maps, or enemies, is lacking and I don't mean in just amount or numbers. There definitely is room for crazier or more unique stuff on all of those categories. I say all of that now because I really did see something better being possible instead of where it stopped. Hopefully the devs find it in them to make a few changes to at least make the slogfest fun if not making more radical changes.1 found this helpful
Absurdly Grindy. You'll be playing the exact same level over and over again with no visual changes. You'll unlock the second area but there is not point going there because the rewards for partial completion are significantly worse that just doing the first level over and over. So there is no real progression beyond mindless grinding. After 90 minutes I'd had enough. Either provide more variety to the starting area or make the progression significantly quicker. I thought this looked like a nice concept but I think it's just preying on people who are looking for a game with cute anime girls that will forgive it's poor design. It's a shame, because the core combat it looks and plays well. I'd have rather had a game I could have finished in an evening and had fun that a game that thought it could artificially extend the play time in the most egregious way possible. I don't normally leave reviews for games I get refunded but I want to go on the record at what a disappointment this was.1 found this helpful
Fun little game actually as I am really enjoying it lol.. Few bucks for a few hours or more of fun, why not? Plus, it is easy to get 100% achievements!!1 found this helpful
