Refrain: Verse of Fate

Before there was anything, there was a garden. After everything ends, she is still there. She has witnessed every beginning, and every end. Never once absent. Never once remembered. This is her duty, her fate, her eternal solo. And she is still waiting for an ending that will never come.Ten thousand dimensions end here. Beneath Her feet, countless universes have been born and extinguished. Not one has ever touched this garden. And every time She wakes, it is as though She is opening Her eyes for the very first time.

Refrain: Verse of Fate is a narrative-driven 2D exploration game about a god of creation and destruction, and her solitary journey through an endless cycle.Walk, listen, and read between three gardens in higher-dimensional space. Life awakens in one garden, is born in another, and turns to ash in the last. You will follow her through this process. Once, and again, and again. But each cycle is not quite the same.Corners once overlooked begin to reveal meaning. Conversations you thought you understood take on a different weight when heard again. Verse fragments scattered throughout the world carry voices forgotten by time. Collect them, and you will gradually piece together a truth far deeper than what the surface shows.

・Multi-cycle narrative structure Four cycles, each revealing an entirely new layer of the story. Scenes that first appear beautiful and melancholic will carry a completely different weight once the truth comes to light.・Immersive exploration No combat, and no death penalties. Walk through cold, ethereal gardens in higher-dimensional space, observing and exploring at your own pace.・Poetic fragment collection Scattered throughout the gardens, fragments of poetry record voices beyond the main story. Collect them to more fully understand the characters, the world, and the secrets behind the cycles.・A complete experience in approximately 3~4 hours When every cycle has run its course and you return to the beginning, you'll find that countless lines always carried a double meaning between first encounter and return.

・Solo-developed, with a unified world and atmosphere From environments, art, and writing to pacing, every element is designed around the game’s core concept, presenting an independent narrative experience with a clear and distinctive style. There is no world here for you to save, only a reunion that never ends.
