Absolutely wonderful to experience, firmly one of the best in its (too small) genre. Feels somewhat like exploring an art museum or spending too much time in a brutalist government building (I say this with love). I understand why this game could be disliked, given that the difficult-to-annoying platforming often seems to get in the way of the gameplay. However, with the lens that this game has more intentions than entertainment, this is absolutely an experience worth having. From my time with the game, I found the difficulty of exploring the environment adds a level of intimacy with the setting that might otherwise be lacking if the only engagement were walking or the occasional button puzzle. For the bad, this absolutely needs accessibility options for the sections deserving of an epilepsy warning. It becomes challenging to experience in a way that's physically discomforting rather than difficult. At times it often feels like it lacks a greater meaning or anything to say at all. This is not a necessity, given that it's a visual and auditory treat, but would have been nice to see.

Amazing and super visceral game. Highly recommended if you are a fan of BLAME, or you enjoy playing games like Journey. And if you ever find your self trapped in an endless staircase, just take a moment to list to the music ;)

Poorly designed game. Exploration is fine but some of the puzzles are simply tedious and completely break the atmosphere. The authors of the game wanted to create a game of exploration where the player feels small, yet they failed by adding situations where you simple have to repeat over and over the same jump, or you will fall several times before you can finally reach the other side. This doesn't add difficulty or narrative, rather it increases the friction, which is something well designed games try to avoid. Not recommended.
