Relic Abyss

Really enjoying this game so far. I love this style of game and really appreciate the obvious effort put into level and enemy design. Love the Made in Abyss influence as it's one of my favorite manga/animes. I've gone as far as you can go in the current version and looking forward to progressing the story and seeing all the characters. Sad to hear that the Dev is struggling a bit right now. All I can say is don't give up you have a real gem here!

Do aspects need polishing? Yes. Have I encountered anything gamebreaking? No. Its clearly made with love. Has good individual run progression. The stats system is nice. It's wholesome. And ultimately we all play these games to eventually stare at a thousand explosions per second as we skirt the edges of descending into a seizure. This has that too. Runs great on deck, feels good to play. Well worth the price of admission, and for what its worth, the dev seems like a good egg, we should support good eggs.

TBH, I don't play/buy early access games just to avoid the frustration due to bugs. But this game is different. Yeah it has bugs and all but the team fixes it at the earliest possible time that they can. Gets constant updates. Devs are hands on and listens to the community feedback. Overall great experience for me. Gameplay is simple and enjoyable. Story is great. Lots of characters to choose from with just 3 chapters being available.

Looking forward to a full release because this game is fun and has a lot of fun dialogue when you're done with runs. Easy pick up and play, with a lot of customization, and more coming.

Great game! This is the first roguelite I've played that has a story for each character, and I really enjoyed how all of their stories connect together, especially with the plot twists. My feedback isn't just because I like the game I genuinely want to help the developers improve it. I think the game has a lot of potential, and the devs seem open to feedback and continuous improvements. It feels like there's still plenty of room for additional content, balancing, and quality-of-life updates in the future.
