About Seaburn
You are a politician determined to save our dying planet. Time is slipping away, as endless political debates and ineffective policies continue to suffocate the Earth under the weight of pollution. You must take action before the damage becomes irreversible. The future of humanity rests on your shoulders, and every decision you make carries immense consequences.
In Seaburn, you play as a policymaker whose choices shape the fate of the planet and your political career. Your actions influence both public opinion and the world’s health, forcing you to constantly decide what to prioritise. However, if the world’s health collapses, your journey ends. If your public opinion plummets, you'll be ousted from office.
LEGISLATION
The papers on your desk allow you to sign legislation. Each piece of legislation presents its own set of potential outcomes, requiring you to carefully weigh the pros and cons. You can sign three bills per week, with every choice impacting your popularity, world health, and political budget—either for better or worse.
EVENTS
The corkboard on the wall allows you to attend events. Each event presents four distinct options, all of which can affect public opinion and world health in different ways. Events appear every few weeks and affect public opinion and world health drastically, so choose your responses wisely.
ELECTIONS
Every eight weeks, prepare for an election that could determine your political future. Your chances of staying in office are tied directly to your public opinion, so be mindful of how you govern as the next election draws closer.

Too simple. Only three stats to worry about, money, environment and people. Some of the outcomes are very unrealistic.3 found this helpful
"Seaburn" is a glorified web browser game, a set of static screens and menus where you can read some text about being in charge of a country... it's 2025, seriously, video games have evolved beyond this stuff. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just 2D static text/images... it might as well be a web page. It's functionally no different from a browser game. And we all know, Steam isn't here to compete with Chrome and Firefox. If the game can be done in a web browser, it's just not rich or compelling enough to appeal to serious gamers on PC. Ok, there's a little low poly 3D office scene, but this adds nothing to the awful experience. Bonus points for no audio control... you'll have to unplug your headphones or go mute the game in the sound mixer to shut it up. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse. great game just got a lot of waiting to do. just waiting for TreeBurn.
I didn’t choose to buy this game. I was blackmailed. My so-called “friend” sent me a photo of my goldfish—terrified, defenseless, bowl perched precariously on the edge of the sink. The message was simple: “Buy my game, or the fish swims with the dishes.” I tried to reason with him, begged for mercy, but he was cold… calculated. So, with a heavy heart and trembling hands, I clicked “Add to Cart.” I expected pain. I expected disappointment. I expected my goldfish to forever resent me. What I didn’t expect… was to love it. From the first moment, I was hooked. The gameplay is smoother than my fish gliding through fresh water, the design is stunning, and the mechanics? Chef’s kiss. I hate how good it is. I wanted to be mad. I wanted to warn others. But instead, I’m here leaving a five-star review, completely addicted and totally okay with being extorted if this is the result. Would get blackmailed again. 10/10. Also the game crashed so 0/10 this game is trash
