About Sentinels of Earth-Prime
Sentinels of Earth-Prime is a cooperative card game that recreates the pulse-pounding action of superhero comics. Play as a team of heroes, using the rules of Sentinels of the Multiverse and the combined setting and characters of the critically acclaimed Mutants & Masterminds roleplaying game, to protect Earth-Prime!
The rules of the game are straightforward: Play a Card, Use a Power, and Draw a Card. What makes SoEP unique is that each card has special abilities that can create powerful combos or even change the rules of the game!
Sentinels of Earth-Prime is a standalone game, but it also fully cross-compatible with Sentinels of the Multiverse. If both games are installed on the same computer, you can play with all owned content from within either game.
Expansion packs that add new heroes, villains, and environments are available as downloadable content via Steam.

✦ AI summary
Players appreciate the new heroes, locations, and villains that integrate well with the original game while offering fresh strategic depth and replayability through unique card interactions and synergies. However, some find the DLC pricing at $20 to be steep, and opinions are mixed on whether the streamlined graphics and overall presentation justify the cost compared to the base game's value.
This is just a dlc for sentinels of the multiverse, marked at $20.2 found this helpful
This is kindof a hard one to review because there are aspects that are amazing, and aspects that are garbage. There's really no middle-of-the-road here. My summary would probably be "It's the worst way to play a great game at the best price." Sentinels of Earth-Prime/Multiverse is a card game about a team of superheroes battling it out with a supervillain. Each character/location/villain has it's own deck of cards, and the replay value stems from mixing and matching the pieces. The core game loop is extremely simple but each unique tech creates unique interactions and playstyles. For example: My character of choice in this game is weak on his own, but specializes in weaponizing location cards to build an engine of destruction that doesn't taking actions. In multiverse, my favorite specialized in suffering Fire/Cold damage to gain unique benefits. You've got characters that are tough guys, characters that build up using equipment, character that support the team, etc. The combos are limitless. In case you can't tell... I love the Sentinels games. I pull them out to play a couple times a year and I still have just as much fun today. My only recommendation is that you switch up t…1 found this helpful
A good addition to your sentinels library. The new heroes work well with the original Sentinels or on their own and the new locations and villains provide new challenges of varying difficulties.1 found this helpful
Sentinels of Earth-Prime, developed and published by Handelabra Games Inc., is a cooperative digital card game that translates superhero team combat into a deep, strategy-driven tabletop-style experience. Built on the same mechanical foundation as Sentinels of the Multiverse but set within the Earth-Prime universe derived from the Mutants & Masterminds roleplaying setting, the game focuses on tactical synergy, villain encounters, and environment-driven challenges rather than real-time action. It is a game about coordination, planning, and mastering layered card interactions, all wrapped in a vibrant comic book aesthetic. At its core, Sentinels of Earth-Prime is a fully cooperative turn-based card battler. Players assemble a team of three to five heroes, each represented by a unique deck that defines their abilities, strengths, and playstyle. The heroes face off against a villain deck, while an environment deck adds additional effects that influence the battlefield. Every round unfolds in a structured sequence: villain phase, hero phase, and environment phase. This consistent rhythm gives the game clarity, but within that structure lies a remarkable amount of strategic depth. Each …
