About Sex Robot Road Trip: Highway to Harrisburg
You're just trying to order a cheesesteak at your favorite sandwich joint when suddenly you meet a mysterious stranger who is very clearly an experimental sex robot trying to pose as a human woman. Do you...
1. Turn her over to the authorities?
or
2. Help her steal a car, then proceed to joyride across Pennsylvania?
If you choose option 2, Sex Robot Road Trip (SRRT!) is a comedy visual novel about a Thelma & Louise-style journey through the strangest places in Pennsylvania (some real, others... embellished). If you choose option 1, you're a cop.
SRRT! was originally released in 2017, but the new "Highway to Harrisburg" edition is the definitive version, with revised text and a new route where you can "solve" the Kennedy assassination.

This game's writing is hilarious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Excellent stuff for showing your friends out-of-context screenshots (although context doesn't make it any less ridiculous). I would really love to study the writer's brain to see how they came up with some of those gags. And I hope Prince Harry doesn't sue them for defamation. If you've scrolled this far, gorgeous graphics probably aren't that important to you, so I won't go into much detail about that here. The simple style is very expressive and enhances some of the visual gags, so I'd say it's not too bad once you get used to it. I just wish the game was a bit longer. For the price, I think there would've been room to add a few more different locations, and the "perfect ending" doesn't really wrap up the game in any meaningful way. Of course this is mostly a gag thing, but I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that it ended so soon. Still, I had a fantastic time, so I'd be Polish if I didn't recommend it!15 found this helpful
