This game controls great, has nice graphics, music, humor, was made 100% independently, and how can this be: it's so cheap!! You owe it to yourself to play it. If you want instant fun gameplay with no loading/waiting this is it. Press start, select a stage (you can play in any order you want) and before you know it you're skateboarding. pros: - graphics - sound - controls - humor - price - guest cameos cons: - none that I can think of

Okay, so straight out of beating Castle of Lucio, I went for this one. While I can somewhat appreciate the simplicity and bite-sized light puzzly scenarios of the first game, this one went for a sort of autoscroller with no puzzles and more complex controls... and it destroyed itself in the process. This is just a frustration fest. Jumping and dashing share the same button, and when you stomp on enemies or hit a launchpad, Tcheco makes an arc that you can't fully control, creating a combination that'll make you laugh at how many times you can lose a heart while trying to get a hold of this mechanical mess. I'm baffled that this is at "very positive". It's the worst game I've played on Steam so far. Avoid this like the plague!

It's one of those games that requires you to memorize the entire map just to enjoy it. It's not an arcade game, as arcades respect your time by minimizing the number of cutscenes. This is a below average NES game that you'd find in a bootleg collection, it starts with good pacing and fair level design, but as soon as you finish level two, the game ups its difficult, either because it was the style at the time, or because the dev had no idea how to balance or design levels. There is no option to remap the input keys, either for the keyboard or for the joystick. The controls aren't intuitive, if you press the jump button, you don't know if the character will jump or dash, and if you try to dash, you don't know if the dash will even work. The player's hit box is unnecessarily large, making it difficult to dodge enemies. Falling into pits is basically a game over, because the game will respawn you directly above the same pit, killing you again. Some platforms are really hard to see because of the color scheme used, they blend with the background elements, instead acting as foreground elements. I don't know if there are any i-frames in the game, if they do exist, they are very short. B…
