Honestly cannot tell you about the game, the story, or even the art style because I only downloaded this for the achievement and it took me longer to download the game than to get it. If you are sad like me and only care about that sorta thing then this is great for that.

Игра 'Solenars Edge Heroes' - это приятная смесь рогалика и тактической RPG. Пиксельная графика подкупает своей ностальгической простотой, а игровой процесс затягивает своей глубиной. Боевая система, хоть и пошаговая, динамична и требует обдуманного позиционирования юнитов. Разнообразие классов героев и их уникальных способностей позволяет создавать интересные и эффективные комбинации. Процедурно генерируемые уровни обеспечивают высокую реиграбельность, ведь каждое прохождение ощущается по-новому. Сложность выше среднего, поэтому придется попотеть, чтобы освоить все механики и победить сильных боссов. Умирать придется часто, но каждая смерть становится уроком и возможностью лучше понять сильные и слабые стороны своей команды. К минусам можно отнести некоторую однообразность окружения и отсутствие глубокого сюжета, но плюсы в виде увлекательного геймплея и тактической свободы с лихвой это компенсируют. Любителям жанра однозначно стоит попробовать!

Solenars Edge Heroes is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This RPG Maker asset flip is derived from another RPG Maker asset flip which is truly remarkable to see someone make a fan-fiction about their fan-fiction. Sometimes the world seems more horrible every day. Anyway this (thankfully) eschews the bulk of the cringey anime club dropout fan-fiction writing to focus more on RPG Makers godawfully crap Finaly Fantasy ripoff JRPG combat system, so this truly is some of the worst that RPG Maker fan-fiction asset flips can offer. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer.
