No in-game settings to change resolution, sound, graphics or anything else. No game, just two options, race or quit, and the only useful option is quit. Playing race sends you to a pitiful menu in which you can't choose anything, and in the end a video in place of a race. I think the menu is totally buggy and the game just consists of watching the video without doing anything. All this with a little mall music playing on a loop. [h3] This game is clearly a scam with no future other than stealing as much money as possible before getting kicked off steam. [h1]DO NOT BUY THIS[/h1] The level of polish is absolutely terrible. The sliders don't show a cursor, so you can't tell what you're selecting. There are no options, so you can't even change the resolution, and it forces you to maximize the window. The translation is especially terrible. It's the worst possible translation, completely ignoring CJK characters, and words are translated into completely unrelated terms. If someone who doesn't speak English plays this, they'd have no idea what to do or how to do it. It's a state that perfectly fits the word “miserable.” It feels like they're completely mocking Asian players. I hope they fix this with a proper translation soon. It's far too insulting. The game forces you to start and forces you to finish. There's absolutely no sense of speed, and even finishing first feels completely joyless. What is this? Some kind of entrance exam? How many more times do I have to repeat this before the game actually starts? Once the race begins, you can't cancel it—you either have to run the entire course or force quit. Speedboat simulator is an early access game where you have a speedboat, and race your friends, or AI around 1 ring, and track. I wish the developers best of luck in development. It is quite fun. Graphics look pretty good. Nice looking beach side, rocks, and harbors's natural beauty. Music is festive and upbeat, and quit fitting in the archetype of a coastal zone. There really is not much else to it, other than 525 MB in size. The game is in early access so what do I want to see? More maps, and more boat variations, and of course, more colour decals. At the current price of $8.99, I hesitate somewhat. Any negatives? Ehh, There really is “no” problems overall. I expect more content to be added so that is my constructive criticism. My verdict. Score: eh, I’ll give it a 60% for it being extremely simple. Score will go up when it had more content. Recommendation: Neutral. However, since there is no sideways button, I have marked the review as a positive one. Achievements: none - if there are some, I hope it gets added after it leaves early access. Replay value: There is some replay value.

Nice start for Early Access! Although its missing content for my taste, can be fun to play casually once in a while. Its pretty realistic and easy to control. I'm looking forward to new updates.
