Two words: Circle Camping. You are given far too much vertical mobility, allowing you to run circles around the map without interacting with your opponent. The random items that spawn in crates do not favor aggressive players. There’s really just no reason to be aggressive. You are even rewarded for playing defensively; its much easier to build meter perfect blocking shots from irritated players chasing you down, than trying to run someone down to land shotgun > melee combos. Item pick ups are a better offensive tool, and you get those by running around the stage. Combo’s seem inconsistent. You are given invincibility after a combo ends/is dropped, as a way of not getting obliterated. However, the invincibility seems to be extended if you are hit by something during it. So its very easy to drag on your invincibility from a single hit, and too easy to drop a combo, resulting in an instant reversal of momentum. Further re-enforcing that its much better to play a defensive run away game. Pick Maurice, lose your friends. Longest range in the game, only character to have a one shot super. The other characters supers dont come anywhere close to the literal game ending power …4 found this helpful

Super Rocket Shootout is a loud, chaotic, and unapologetically arcade-driven action game that leans heavily into the spirit of couch multiplayer mayhem. Developed by Oddly Shaped Pixels and published by Digital Tribe, the game presents itself as a fast and flashy 2D brawler where jetpacks, firearms, explosives, and pixel-perfect chaos collide. It doesn’t aim for competitive precision or deep mechanical simulation; instead, it prioritizes speed, spectacle, and the kind of disorder that thrives when multiple players are shouting at the same screen. The setup is intentionally absurd and tongue-in-cheek. The story revolves around a pair of dysfunctional twin criminals whose botched exploits spiral into a series of increasingly ridiculous battles. This narrative framing is light and self-aware, functioning more as flavor than as a driving force. The real focus is always on the action, with the story serving as a loose excuse to move players from one explosive confrontation to the next. It sets the tone early: this is a game that values humor, exaggeration, and momentum over seriousness or narrative depth. Gameplay revolves around jetpack-based movement layered onto a traditional 2D ar…

the controls could've been better and inability to aim makes the game a lot harder than it needs to be. I guess it could be better but I think I got it for free and I had a few hours of frustratingly fun experience which is enough for me.
i rather SUPER PUNCH a BEARD BROS then play this GARBAGE!!!
